Between two CEO’s

My name is Amanda Castro, I am 24 years old. My life has been a little different than the life of a girl my age, because I am the breadwinner of my home and the one who takes the reins. My mother is sick in the bones and has a small child who has been left in my care, after my stepfather decided to run away to avoid responsibilities. I studied business administration, but due to my responsibilities, I was unable to specialize in any area. When I tried to find a job, I realized that I did not have the necessary experience or meet other requirements at that time. Therefore, I found myself having to resort to quick but honest jobs to put bread on the table. Until, thanks to a friend from university, I managed to get a job at a prestigious automotive company as a secretary. I was happy because they also offered me the opportunity to practice my profession later on. The most important thing for me at that time was the pay; with my salary I had the stability that my home needed to stay on its feet. We settled into our assigned positions and grew as employees, gaining experience very quickly. But our stay there was not long. We left that company and managed to get into another one called Andrew Company, in the same positions and with very good recommendations, thanks to our former boss. The CEO of the automotive company, named Carlos Andrew, is a man who is a little immature for his age, but very dedicated to his position, except that he has not yet acquired the experience required to be the general manager, something that worries him, since he did not want to lose the trust that his father had placed in him when he appointed him to his position. He has his wife, Ada Soto, who could not give him children, this being one of the requests that his father had demanded of him and even stipulated it in a contract, once he married Ada.
